Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup candied pecans
- 1 cup Granny Smith apples, diced
- 1 cup fresh pears, diced
- ½ cup dried berry blend
- ½ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 bunch fresh basil, to garnish
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, to garnish
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, to garnish
Dressing
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- ¾ cup Laura Lynn olive oil
Directions
- Add all the dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk together very well. Pour into a squirt bottle and set aside.
- Add the chopped lettuce to a large bowl.
- Add all the ingredients up to and including the dried berry blend, then toss together.
- Liberally drizzle the dressing on the salad.
- Top with bacon, blue cheese, fresh fruit, and basil leaves.
